Florilège voix égales
It is with equal voices in general that we discover polyphony: at school, in a group of young people, in a children's choir where a second voice is attempted. And then, on discovering the mixed repertoire, one becomes attached to it and leaves aside a whole choral literature which is so rich and often very subtle in its writing.
How many mixed choirs are aware that they have two choirs with equal voices, a male and a female voice choir?
