This score won the 2nd prize in composition competition for Composition d’oeuvre a cappella pour voix mixtes (unaccompanied mixed-voice music work composition) category, organized by À Coeur Joie in partnership with French Ministry of Culture, in 2003. This beautiful sheet music requires of being experienced in choirs to be performed. Claire Vazart is an associate professor in musical education and choral singing. She is also an arranger, a composer, and a jazz pianist. She obtained a MPhil in French Language, Literature and Civilization, then she studied jazz at Humber College of Toronto, Canada, and ENM de Chambéry. Her compositions already have some importance for music, vocal and big band spheres. She also composed “On Green Dolphin Street” (ref. ACJ 24037), “La pluie fait des claquettes” (ref. ACJ 24030), and “L’ombre d’une fée,” “Patt’s de chat” and “Trombone blues” which are published in “Enchantement 3” (ref. ACJ 53 0567).
